Territory Sales Representative – Cambridge, MA & NYC area
This position reports to the Director of Sales. The territory is Cambridge, MA & NYC.
Mispro Biotech provides its clients with world-class research facilities, services and oversight to fast track their clinical stage research. We are experiencing accelerating growth and are looking for someone to add to our team.
The right candidate will be responsible for developing the Boston/NY territory to accommodate this growth. In this important role, the candidate will prospect appropriate targets through a variety of methodologies: phone, email, social media, etc. Additionally, the candidate will be the “face” of Mispro in the territory, attending trade shows, social gatherings, industry specific talks, and any other networking events deemed important to attend. This position will work with senior leadership in negotiating and closing enterprise level deals.
The successful candidate will have the ability through their own efforts to achieve on- target earnings of $100,000. The potential for growth at Mispro is high, and it is expected that the successful candidate will succeed and grow with Mispro as roles of more responsibility develop with our growth.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5 years B2B Sales
- Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices Sales a plus
- Persuasive negotiation style, strategic thinking and planning skills, and superior organization
- Proven Track record of self-motivation, and exceeding sales objectives
- Possesses the fortitude to sell and compete
- Prior experience with CRM a must, preferably with SalesForce
- Daily and/or overnight travel required
- Remote based position serving a certain territory

Job Type: Full-time – needs to live in the Cambridge, MA & NYC area.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year – Base annualized salary plus commissions
