HVC (High Value Clients) is seeking a highly motivated and elite-level Sales Representative to join our team. We cater to an exclusive network of high-net-worth individuals, with a focus on global deal-making and premium connections. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within the world’s top 1% network and build long-lasting relationships with influential clients.
Role Overview:
- Handle screening introductions for our elite network, ensuring that each prospect meets our top 1% criteria.
- Manage and maintain CRM data, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and updated.
- Follow up on inbound leads to qualify and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Upsell customers to other products and opportunities, unlocking unlimited earning potential.
- You’ll be responsible for maintaining a high-quality pipeline of leads that have already shown interest in joining our network. Your primary focus will be screening and evaluating candidates for exclusivity, ensuring only the most qualified individuals enter our elite circle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screening interviews for incoming leads to ensure they meet the top 1% criteria for our network.
- Manage CRM systems and ensure all data is updated and accurate.
- Follow up with leads, nurturing relationships, and ensuring successful conversions.
- Upsell customers to additional premium products and opportunities, creating unlimited earning potential.
- Ensure the exclusivity and high standards of our network are maintained at all times.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish, French, Italian, or Arabic) is a plus, though not required.
- Experience in selling luxury products or luxury asset transactions (financial transactions or high-value deals).
- Strong understanding of the art of communication and sales towards high-net-worth individuals.
- Deep knowledge of sales techniques that emphasize exclusivity and refined value propositions.

Payment structure:
- Competitive commission-based structure with compensation ranging from €5,000 to €15,000 per closed deal.
- Deals with values ranging from €50,000 to €250,000.
