2. Client Engagement:

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget constraints, and specific requirements.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and tailor-made solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Booking Management:

  • Guide clients through the booking process, including selecting suitable hotels, arranging transportation, and booking tour packages.
  • Coordinate with our online partner, Expedia Taap, to finalize bookings and ensure seamless transactions.
