Salesfolks Features/Updates Launched 7/30/19

Here's a list of the latest Salesfolks features and updates launched July 30, 2019:

• We have recently launch the ability for customers to Text/SMS message you. Previously on Salesfolks if you were not logged in, you would show as "offline". In this 24x7, always-connected world we wanted to do away with the negative connotation of "offline" and the way we are approaching that to display your status as "send message" when you're not logged in. The customer is taken to a page where they can type you a question or message which we then relay to your mobile phone number via an SMS message. From there you can reply from your mobile device directly to the customer. In order to use this feature please make sure the verify your phone number.
• In the meeting log we now display how many seconds or minutes your meetings were.
• After a meeting has concluded we now email you a receipt of your meeting including the customer information and the length of the meeting.
