I love the challenge of taking the vision for a new product or innovation and building the systems, processes and teams that bring it to life. My ability to identify market opportunity and nuance and then develop the relationships and business processes that bring products to market have led to some of my key accomplishments: Establishing the processes and systems to launch and grow a new venture into a global company with $250M in revenue. Opening new markets which grew sales from $6M to $73M in a single segment in 6 years. Building relationships with key government, academic and corporate partners leading to a product development initiative that grew sales 45% year-over-year.

I use a data-driven approach to continually improve processes, analyzing operations to ensure maximum productivity is achieved. When I find breakdowns in the sales cycle, I create stopgap measures and provide coaching to address performance shortfalls and develop plans for success. I’m an empathic leader who enjoys finding ways to motivate, coach and leverage teammates' strengths and weaknesses.

I’m an agile and adaptable learner who is comfortable being uncomfortable and in fact believe that discomfort often leads to innovation. I don’t put much stake in the status quo and have achieved some of my proudest accomplishments by breaking barriers. I’m an adventurer in both my professional and personal life.
