How I like to close prospects: Helping the prospect understand what may be holding them back from making the decision they want. Qualifying. Understanding if prospect and service are a good fit. Setting expectations, underpromise and overdeliver.
How I don't close prospects: Forcing a decision onto them, no matter their desires. Selling anything to anyone. Exaggerating features and benefits just to get the leads into buying.
