I would follow up with any walk-ins that I'd meet in the showroom and correspond through email and phone until deals are closed. Previously, I managed a high end clothing store in Northern CA with 25+ team members who I recruited, hired, and trained in fast paced suggestive upselling, closing, and daily operations.
