Jacob Splan

Jacob Splan, originally from Alaska and raised in Idaho and Utah, holds a Master’s Degree in City and Metropolitan Planning from the University of Utah. With extensive experience in development and construction, he focuses on active transportation projects. A passionate youth sports coach, Jacob enjoys outdoor adventures with his wife and three children, including skiing and camping.
