I have been in sales for 7 years, first managing my own team of 6, to shifting gears to become BDR of the Year 2023. Business development is so vital to the success of a company that it must be done correctly rather than the traditional way. I have the experience and firsthand knowledge of what is to be the founding SDR within an org that has no foundation built for you when you arrive and have unrealistic expectations on when meetings will start flowing like water.

I have come far in the past 3 years since I joined the sales development aspect of sales, crushing quotas, being hired to coach, teach, mentor and even manage SDRs in every aspect. Cold calling, email creation, prospecting, personalization, social selling, videos, multi-threading their messaging to best break through the noise to reach a prospect. I love what I do and love nothing more than to help companies effectively prepare for their outbound motion.
