Jen has channeled her accomplishments as a landscape architect and skills as a trained facilitator of dialogues in conflict transformation, leadership and social justice into the creation of Meristem Farms, her family’s hemp farming and product manufacturing business.

She has shaped the company based on her experiences working in communities throughout the southwestern and northeastern U.S., and throughout Russia where productive landscapes are an indicator of economic vitality and human-centered project building is foundational to growth.. As someone who has been in the healing arts; as a ballet dancer, community facilitator and designer, this perspective has been vital for her effective leadership style and pragmatic yet thoughtful decision-making.
