Any offer that low balls or is not competitive in the market will be turned down immediately. I am a senior sales person at my existing role and I will not entertain offers designed to avoid labor costs or that aims to target entry-level sales reps that do not know better. I am worth over 7 figures and I am not motivated by money. I do not work on PIPs, and I will typically ask the following during interviews:

• what did your top performer earn last year?
• what are the true growth opportunities at your company and provide one example of this?
• what KPIs matter the most to you?
• what was the gross revenue for the company last year?
