Hi, my name is Lalaine Tan, and I am an experienced virtual assistant with over 2 years of experience in providing high-quality support to clients. I have a deep understanding of the importance of being organized, efficient, and proactive in a virtual environment. In addition to my virtual assistance experience, I have 10 years of experience in the BPO industry. During this time, I honed my skills in customer service, lead generation, and management. I have a strong work ethic and am committed to delivering the best results for my clients. For just a brief background, I started my career as a cold caller and a lead generator. We are calling business owners in the US to sell merchant processing services. On a daily basis, we do 300 calls or even more using the lists provided by the client. It was a commission-based job, so I never let any day pass by without getting anything. If we ran out of list, we do prospecting on several platforms available on the internet. That experience really made me more patient and become a goal-getter. After a year, I was promoted to become a team lead. When I was a team leader, Warm transfers were being transferred to me, and validating and qualifying their leads and converting them into sales were my main tasks. After 5 years of continued success - reached KPIs and quota consistently, I was promoted to become the operations manager. I wore many hats during those fruitful years.
