I grew up in a 60-person farm town in Germany. Small place. Big ideas. At 19, I moved to the U.S. (Chicago, NYC) chasing something bigger — not the dream, but the work behind it.
Started door-to-door. Earned my edge in rejection. Then moved into media sales and ran a boutique design agency. When COVID hit, I came back to Germany, studied engineering, doubled down on finance, AI, and systems thinking — and realized I wasn’t meant to build generalist solutions. I was meant to sell.
My philosophy? The Black Swan Way. Create moments that alter the prospect’s belief system — then make the close feel like the only logical choice. 90% of sales is what happens before the pitch. 10% is just delivering the knockout.
I don’t chase trends. I engineer trust, handle the hard conversations, and close high-leverage deals for founders and operators who actually move the needle. Call it NEPQ. Call it elite performance. I call it 80% signal, 20% noise, and 0% fluff.
Some people build funnels. I break the ceiling.
