A proven track record of delivery in high pressure and unpredictable environments. A leader with extensive experience in new business development, continuous improvement, and organisational transformations. My Key Career Attributes & Achievements include: Closed the deal and co-ordinated the implementation of a CMIP (Cash Management Improvement Programme) for one of the largest commercial banks in Southern Africa implementing a software and hardware solution that automated all cash, transfer of liability and total visibility to all stakeholders. Following the mentioned milestone, this CMIP became the National Standard in the banking and CIT business sector for Southern Africa. Effectively lobby with SA Provincial Government and Police for the deployment of Polyurethane Vehicle Vault Protection systems to be used inside CIT vehicles to prevent and combat aggressive attacks on the various National CIT operators in South Africa. Won best overall Sales Executive competition at LG Electronics for highest achievement over budget. Incentive included an all-expenses paid cricket watching Business Class trip to Australia. Won best overall “Top Merchandising Display Award” for L’Oréal Cosmetics.
