Position Overview As a Battery Sales Representative, you will engage homeowners, explain the benefits of battery backup systems, and guide them through the decision-making process. This position offers schedule flexibility, hands-on mentorship, proven tools for success, and the support to build your own brand. No sales background is required. If you are motivated and coachable, we will provide full training.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach by phone, in the community, and through in-home or virtual consultations
  • Present the benefits of battery backup systems with confidence and professionalism
  • Guide homeowners through proposals and agreements
  • Maintain accurate customer notes and activity in the CRM
  • Work with leadership to achieve goals and grow into advanced roles
