Job description
As a high-performing Business Development Representative, you will work to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping Redesign competitive within the digital marketing arena. You will identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, set up introductory meetings with new clients, conduct sales presentations, and coordinate follow-up strategies. You will be offering new clients SEO, PPC, and Social Media marketing strategies.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop critical relationships with clients
- Maintain a full sales pipeline
- Observe national trends in the market
- Provide escalation consultations with Account Management Team
- Coordinate with Account Management Team for a flawless partner onboarding experience
- Meet or exceed annual sales goals and related objectives by selling all services across the line of business
- Build business relationships with current and potential clients - Understand partner needs and offer solutions and support
Role Requirements
- Manage complex negotiations with large corporate partners and close deals
- Attain Redesign's expected sales target for new business
- Identify strategic opportunities for the partnership
- Maintain confidentiality
- Daily outreach to assigned pipeline and generated leads
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle work-related stress
Supplementary Functions
- Collaborate with the Director of SEM to gain a deeper understanding of their strategies and how it aligns to meet partner needs
- Advocate for the SEM team within the sales department and assist team members in preparation for and during calls that promote SEM services
- Identify emerging trends and market shifts while being fully aware of new services and competition status
- Focus sights on new acquisitions, white-label opportunities, and untapped markets
Your Current Experience -
Strong communication skills: The salesperson must be able to communicate effectively with potential clients and convey the benefits of the digital marketing services being sold.
Knowledge of digital marketing: The salesperson must have a good understanding of digital marketing strategies, such as SEO, PPC, and social media marketing, to be able to sell them effectively.
Sales experience: The ideal candidate should have previous experience in sales, preferably in a digital marketing context. They should be able to demonstrate a track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients.
Results-oriented: The salesperson should be focused on achieving results and willing to put in the work required to achieve their targets.
Good time management skills: Selling digital marketing services requires a lot of prospecting, follow-up, and lead nurturing. The salesperson must be able to manage their time effectively to ensure they are reaching out to potential clients regularly.
Customer service skills: A good salesperson should have excellent customer service skills to ensure that clients are satisfied with the services they receive.
Strong work ethic: Selling digital marketing services requires hard work, persistence, and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile to achieve their goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $42,716.47 - $51,443.49 per year
