The Role As our Cybersecurity Account Executive, you will be the face and voice of Cyber Global in the Orlando territory, focused on what you do best: engaging prospects and closing deals. This is not a typical sales role where you're left to generate your own leads from scratch. You will step into a well-oiled sales ecosystem designed to feed you qualified opportunities. Your primary focus will be conducting virtual meetings and discovery calls to understand client needs and present our tailored solutions. While you should be comfortable and effective at making cold calls to accelerate opportunities, a significant portion of your pipeline will be fueled by our corporate marketing efforts and a dedicated Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. A Smarter Way to Sell: Our Support & Strategy We set you up for success. This is how: Intelligent Lead Generation: The franchise provides curated contact lists tailored to our Ideal Client Profile (ICP) in the Orlando territory. Corporate HQ also runs personalized email and automated LinkedIn outreach campaigns on your behalf, forwarding engaged prospects directly to you. Powerful Referral Program: Our innovative channel partnership program is the cornerstone of our strategy, expected to generate 70-80% of revenue. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with partners (like accounting firms, IT consultants, etc.) who receive a generous commission for referring clients, creating a consistent stream of warm leads. Hands-On Training & Ramp-Up: You won't be thrown into the deep end. A senior Cyber Global expert will lead your first 10-20 client presentations, ensuring you master the pitch and close your initial deals while you learn. We provide comprehensive training and a clear roadmap for your success. Key Responsibilities: Masterfully conduct virtual sales presentations and discovery calls to demonstrate the value of our cybersecurity solutions. Drive the sales cycle from qualified lead to close, focusing on high-value activities. Build and cultivate a network of strategic referral partners in the Orlando area. Confidently execute cold calls to supplement the lead pipeline and engage key targets. Collaborate with the SDR and corporate marketing teams to ensure a seamless client journey. Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities and pipeline progress in our CRM. What We're Looking For: Proven Closer: You have a strong track record in B2B sales, with demonstrated success in closing complex deals. Exceptional Communicator: You are a master of virtual presentations and can articulate complex solutions with clarity and confidence. Fearless on the Phone: You are comfortable and effective at making cold calls and can engage senior decision-makers. Strategic Thinker: You understand how to build and nurture channel partnerships for long-term success. Coachability & Drive: You are eager to learn our proven sales methodology and have an unstoppable drive to exceed targets. Local Presence: You are based in or near the Orlando, FL metropolitan area. Compensation: We offer a highly competitive compensation package with a strong base salary ($75,000 - $80,000) and an aggressive, uncapped commission structure. On-target earnings (OTE) are approximately $127,000 annually, with top performers exceeding this.
