Job Summary:

Confessions Coffee is looking for a Sales Pro to help grow our coffee craft roasting business. The Sales Pro will be responsible for driving sales, developing relationships with customers, and increasing brand awareness. The Sales Pro will work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure that the company’s sales goals are met.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers

• Negotiate and close deals with customers

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales goals

• Develop promotional materials and campaigns to increase brand awareness

• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth

• Monitor competitors’ sales and pricing strategies

• Provide customer service and after-sales support

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of sales experience in the retail trade, food & beverage, and/or wholesale & retail industries

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

• Knowledge of coffee, beans, roast, ground, espresso, roaster and promotional products/services

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software

Confessions Coffee Africa, LLC, is a family-owned craft roaster based in Canton, GA. We leverage state-of-the-art "direct-fire" roasting equipment. This roasting process requires precision and only a handful of roasters have mastered such. Our production capacity is 250 lbs. per hour and is computer-controlled, which houses all our recipe blends for consistent roasting. We believe our coffee, (25 roasts and flavors) represents some of the finest coffee beans around the globe. We are a socially responsible organization for our global community and our planet. Our coffee is packaged while still warm, this guarantees freshness. Only top-grade specialty coffees are used and then roasted in small batches. Our roaster is Fair Trade, USDA Organic, Rain Forest Alliance, and KSA Kosher certified.

We are looking for a salesperson who has good soft skills and understands business analytics. This person must be forward-thinking to understand our current market position growth potential, networking prowess, and the ability to cultivate relationships, and process negotiation skills. The financial outcome is based on uncapped commissions via new customer acquisitions and residuals. We are offering a flat revenue commission pay structure of 20%, uncapped. This position is for a 1099 independent contractor and may lead to career growth within our company at the senior level which will include salary, commission, and benefits. However, as we scale new hires may have a less lucrative pay structure.
