KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a pivotal role in the growth of Glow Botanica. The Head of Retail Growth is responsible for revenue growth and partnership development in the retail sector. It requires excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and influencing skills as well as injecting creativity and innovative thinking to help us explore various retail channels. As with all members of the Glow family, the Head of Retail Growth should also have a flexible mindset and desire to make a true cultural impact in the hormonal wellness category.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop a go-to-market strategy that brings the full portfolio of Glow Botanica’s product offerings to potential retailers and e-tailers.
  • Drive growth for Glow Botanica by engaging in new retail partnerships as well as optimizing and retaining existing relationships
  • Develop mechanisms for contractual agreements negotiation as well as developing onboarding plan for new partnerships
  • Process sales and record leads, contacts and conversions
  • Account management and meet and consult regularly with retailers to get a clear picture of performance, plans, and priorities.
  • Support with logistics and delivery of products to the retailers
  • Keep in-depth knowledge of all products to develop product training materials as well as carry our retailer training to maximize the retailer’s ability to communicate Glow Botanica’s value to their customers
  • Keeping retail partners updated with the latest developments in Glow Botanica’s product line to generate additional growth for Glow Botanica and the partners
  • Assist the retailers with marketing assets required and merchandising and work with Glow Botanica’s design and marketing team to ensure the retailers adhere to Glow Botanica’s brand voice, tone, and aesthetics guidelines
  • Create tailored presentations for each potential partner to meet their customer’s needs which will eventually become ours customers
  • Own the full process of retailer partnership - from cold outreach to closing
  • Present progress on a weekly basis

Who you are

  • Well-connected, with strong knowledge and network of strategic retailer relationships and knows how to engage them.
  • Commercial and financial acumen with deal structuring / negotiation experience.
  • Excellent oral and written skills to communicate complex issues and influence others internally and externally
  • Desire to work in fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals
