Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outbound Sales Prospector to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong prospecting skills and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach. This role involves identifying potential clients, engaging in cold calling, and developing strategies to expand our market presence. Responsibilities: -Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking. -Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads by researching and identifying new business opportunities. -Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions. -Product Knowledge: Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of Singer Safety’s product lines, providing technical information and assistance as needed. -Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and stay ahead in the market. -Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. -Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system, providing regular reports to management. -Collaboration: Work closely with the inside sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process and customer satisfaction. -Trade Shows: Participate in trade shows and industry events to generate leads and promote Singer Safety’s products.

Requirements: -Minimum of three years of outbound sales experience in a B2B environment. -Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation. -BA/BS degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. -Strong prospecting and closing skills. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Ability to understand and convey technical information. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. -Self-motivated with a customer-focused attitude. -Strong organizational and time-management skills. -Limited travel may be required for trade shows and client meetings.

Compensation: Competitive base salary with commission opportunities. Ambitious sales professionals can earn upwards of $100,000.
