Job Description:
Fastest Labs is seeking an experienced, professional, and highly motivated B2B appointment setter/closer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and closing appointments with potential customers in the drug & alcohol testing, healthcare, and related industries.
The primary responsibilities of the B2B appointment setter/closer include:
• Researching potential customers, identifying decision makers, and building a list of qualified leads.
• Contacting potential customers via phone, email, and/or other methods to set appointments.
• Utilizing an organized and systematic approach to follow through on leads, track progress, and ensure appointments are kept.
• Working closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for closing sales.
• Effectively explaining Fastest Labs’ products and services, including DOT FMCSA compliance, drug testing, background checks, DNA testing, alcohol testing, and immigration support.
• Maintaining accurate records and tracking of customer interactions.
• Assisting with other related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a successful B2B appointment setter/closer
• Knowledge of drug & alcohol testing, healthcare, and/or related industries
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM systems
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field (preferred)
