Sales Development Representative (SDR) – B2B SaaS & Automation
SR Solutions is a fast-growing software and AI automation company with a team of 12 developers. We help businesses in the construction and architecture space streamline workflows and increase efficiency with cutting-edge automation tools.
We are seeking motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our remote sales team. This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential. You will focus on outreach, lead qualification, and demo bookings, while our tech team delivers powerful solutions that close deals.
You will engage with qualified inbound and outbound B2B leads, use our custom-built sales dashboard for scraping, outreach, and tracking, and book product demos with decision-makers. You will collaborate with closers to move deals through the pipeline, while also building relationships with prospects and nurturing them through the sales cycle.
We provide pre-qualified leads and lead lists, sales scripts and pitch decks, a custom sales dashboard, full training and ongoing support, and a proven sales process with fast deal cycles averaging 10–21 days.
Compensation is commission-only, with 25% paid per closed deal, averaging $750–$2,500 per sale. Our top SDRs consistently earn between $15K and $30K+ per month, with bi-weekly payouts and no cap on earnings.
We are looking for ambitious, self-motivated people who are hungry to close deals. A background in B2B sales, SaaS, or construction tech is a plus, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
