Sales Representative | Commission only | End-to-End | Remote work only

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Commission-Only Sales Representative to join our growing sales team.

This is an opportunity to sell cutting-edge High-ticket business growth services to marketing agencies, from the comfort of your own home. You will be able to talk and chat to the rest of the sales team on our company slack channel and during zoom meetings. There will be no cap on how much commission you can earn in this position.

If you are a confident and dynamic sales professional with a passion for success, we would love to hear from you. You will work end-to-end by doing outbound prospecting to generate appointments and close your own deals.

When you have closed deals on your own, you will get pre-booked appointments on your calendar every week as well.

We give you an intensive 5-day training, ongoing training, and scripts for everything. You will have access to successful case studies, great offers, and a good service market fit. You will be able to communicate with the team daily and get support if needed.

You will learn the workflow and framework needed to close five-figure deals every week.

You will do prospecting through cold calling, Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn DMs etc. and close deals through Zoom presentations.

Responsibilities:

• Do outbound prospecting to generate leads and appointments for yourself
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
• Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve targets
• Maintain a deep understanding of the market and competitors, as well as product knowledge
• Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients, with the ability to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of success in selling online services (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and close deals
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote environment
• Being competitive. Always strive to reach your goals and develop yourself professionally and personally
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Self-starter with a strong drive to succeed and exceed targets
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Personal computer, good wifi connection, and a headset
• Be able to work from your home during business hours
