Seeking an Experienced Healthcare SaaS SDR for Perioperative Software (Part-time)

HoopCare (https://partners.hoopcare.com) is seeking a part-time experienced Healthcare SaaS SDR for our Perioperative Copilot. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a focus on selling SaaS solutions to the healthcare industry.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced SDR with a strong background in healthcare, specifically in the areas of surgery, gastroenterology, and/or anesthesiology. The candidate must be comfortable with both cold calling and emailing potential customers as well as building relationships with existing customers.

Responsibilities:

- Identify target customers (Hospitals, ASCs, Endoscopy Centers and Surgery/Anesthesia Groups), develop leads, and create a sales pipeline.

- Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and create customized solutions.

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, both existing and potential.

- Provide ongoing customer support, including troubleshooting and training.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up.

- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the healthcare industry.

- Knowledge of SaaS solutions and their application in the healthcare industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM software.
