As a CRM Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities by leveraging our advanced CRM software solutions. This position is remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home and offering you an excellent balance between work and personal life.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct and indirect customer contact.
- Execute strategic sales activities to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products, market trends, and competitor activity to position our CRM software effectively.
- Perform engaging product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closure.
- Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide top-level customer service by accurately addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the CRM/SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of CRM, Leads, Sales Pipeline, and Workflow Automation.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate win-win agreements.
- Customer-oriented mindset and a passion for sales.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
- Proficient in using computer software and online applications.
