Juan Sebastian is the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) with QuikiPay and has primary oversight of MerkleTree.

Juan helps to oversee Quikipay, a payment gateway whose main objective is to facilitate online payments for all SMEs, financial-technological service providers, existing industries, businesses, and entrepreneurs with limited access to the banking system within LATAM and the rest of the world. Quikipay is part of IBBA, a major financial group primarily serving Latin America.

This role's objective is to commercialize payment issuance and reception services in local FIAT currencies and Crypto. It also includes the training of the sales force, the growth, and balance of the client portfolio.

Merkle Tree is IBBA Financial's turnkey digital asset mining operation; focused on building, operating, and maintaining crypto mining facilities across South America. The entire operation has an annual pH output of 380pH.
