Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, clients, and potential customers to promote our offerings effectively. Conduct route driving to various locations, ensuring timely visits and services presentations. Utilize strong communication skills to educate customers about our staffing services, pricing markups, billrate and partnership opportunities. Report new clients to Business Development Manger and Operations Manager . Demonstrate excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and building lasting rapport. Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial truck driving is preferred. Closing deals, at least 2 years experience in Staffing sales. Experience in recruiting and staffing client relationship building is highly desirable. Ability to travel to new potential clients to pitch and seal any deals, the more clients you close with us the more bonus you take in and becoming a Senior Business Account Manager. Knowledge of sales techniques including upselling and client communication strategies. Familiarity with staffing agencies, markup pricings to showcase to clients. Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules, routes, and client information efficiently. Prior military experience or background in heavy-duty vehicle operation is a plus but not required.
