Role Description

Novarus Technologies is seeking a driven and motivated 100% Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves selling our innovative health tech and sustainable development products, including portable water filters and air purification systems, to various markets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of closing deals.

Responsibilities

Identify and target potential customers, including businesses, non-profit organizations, government agencies, and other relevant entities. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring profitable outcomes for both the customer and Novarus Technologies. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strategies. Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals and product offerings.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in health tech, sustainable development, or related industries. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Ability to understand and convey complex technical information. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Sales Process

Our sales process involves identifying potential customers, conducting needs assessments, providing detailed product information, and demonstrating how our solutions can address their specific challenges. Sales representatives are expected to follow up diligently, negotiate terms, and close deals while providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire process.

Compensation

This position is commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential. You will earn a 20% commission on each sale, with no cap on earnings. This structure rewards high performers and provides the opportunity to significantly increase your income based on your sales success.
