Account Executive / Sales Rep
Clinicly Distribution is a rapidly growing wellness technology distributor specializing in advanced, non-invasive equipment for medspas, clinics, and wellness centers across North America. Our product line includes the Pelvex Chair, a breakthrough pelvic floor therapy system, and the NovaPod 2.0, a multi-therapy wellness capsule combining six treatments in one device. We empower businesses to expand their services, increase profitability, and deliver transformative client results through cutting-edge products and turnkey marketing support.
We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you’ll conduct virtual discovery and product information calls with pre-qualified leads generated by our SDR team. Your focus will be to educate prospects, build trust, and guide them through the sales process — from initial consultation to close. You’ll tailor product presentations to each prospect’s business model, highlight ROI potential, and confidently handle questions about clinical validation, technology specs, and pricing.
The ideal candidate is an experienced, consultative closer with strong communication skills, a passion for wellness innovation, and the ability to turn curiosity into commitment. You’ll manage your leads through our CRM system, ensuring every conversation ends with a clear next step and no opportunities are missed. You’ll also collaborate closely with the SDR, marketing, and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to installation.
To succeed in this role, you should have at least two years of sales experience — ideally in medical, spa, or wellness equipment. You must be comfortable conducting product demos via phone or Zoom, discussing ROI models, and walking clients through payment or financing options. Experience with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel is preferred, along with strong organization, self-discipline, and a drive to exceed targets.
This position offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with on-target earnings between $90,000 and $120,000+ annually, along with performance-based bonuses. You’ll have access to pre-qualified leads (no cold calling), full product training, and ongoing professional development opportunities. As part of a fast-growing company, you’ll also have the chance to grow into a Senior Account Executive or Regional Sales Manager role.
