Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Follow up with website and advertising leads to set appointments for estimates
- Generate new business with area builders, contractors, and remodelers
- Represent Eden Windows & Doors at industry events, meetings, and networking functions
- Monitor sales trends and adjust strategies to optimize performance
- Continuously strengthen product knowledge and professional sales skills
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from order placement through delivery

- Paid holidays and personal time off Qualifications 3+ years of outside sales experience (construction or related industry preferred)
- Strong sales presence with excellent communication and listening skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and solve problems in real time
- Knowledge of construction industry products/vendors — or the ability to learn quickly
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel within the Tulsa metro area
Schedule: Full-time Hybrid - Office / Jobsites (Approximately 50 mile radius of Tulsa, OK)
