Activation Specialist / Onboarding Closer for Warm Inbound Leads

We are hiring a commission-based Activation Specialist / Onboarding Closer to work with warm inbound leads for our AI-based business opportunity offer.

This is not a cold calling role and not a traditional high-ticket closing role. The leads are already being generated through our funnel and campaigns. Your responsibility is to follow up with interested leads who have not yet completed onboarding, get them onto a short Zoom call, and guide them through the onboarding process until they are successfully activated.

The product is priced at $49/month, and the onboarding process is where the biggest opportunity exists. Many leads already have interest, but some need live guidance and human support to complete setup smoothly. That is where you come in.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with warm inbound leads in a fast and professional manner
  • Contact leads who have shown interest but stalled during onboarding
  • Book and conduct short Zoom calls
  • Help users complete onboarding step by step
  • Answer questions, remove confusion, and build confidence
  • Guide leads toward successful activation
  • Maintain clear communication and proper tracking
