The Opportunity
Blackridge Aviation is building the most exacting brokerage in general aviation. We represent high-quality piston and turboprop aircraft (expanding into jets) with a private-banker mindset—discreet, data-driven, relentlessly client-focused. We’re hiring a Sales Associate Broker to grow into a top producer under an elite apprenticeship model.

Role Summary
Source, evaluate, and close listings and acquisitions while delivering a high-touch client experience alongside the VP of Transactions and Managing Partner.
Core Responsibilities
Pipeline. Intelligent outbound and qualified owner engagement.
Listing acquisition. Position value; secure exclusive agreements.
Valuation. Use comps, times, maintenance & avionics quality to price and position.
Execution. Prebuys, logs, squawks, PAs, escrow, closing.
Negotiation. Control cadence, leverage, and information flow.
Client experience. Trusted-advisor communication under CAIR.
Standards. Pristine documentation and CRM hygiene.
Success Milestones
30–45 Days: Complete Academy P1–P2; open qualified conversations; shadow active deals. 60–90 Days: Win first exclusive(s); lead a transaction through prebuy. 180+ Days: Multi-listing pipeline; dependable monthly closings; referral-worthy execution.

Location & Work Model
Primarily remote with travel for inspections, prebuys, clients, and events. Evenings/weekends as deals require.
