B2B Business Development Representative (Sales & Marketing)

What You’ll Do

  • Work with inbound, warm, and reach out to prospects from a list given to you
  • Qualifying leads and identifying strong-fit clients based on criteria given to you
  • Set up discovery calls for the company principals
  • Keep pipeline notes organized and up to date
  • Learning our services and developing strong product knowledge
  • Collaborating with leadership to create new marketing campaigns

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of sales or outreach experience (service-based industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, proactive, and consistent with follow-up
  • Confident on phone and video calls
  • Interest in marketing, branding, or content is a plus
  • Based in or near Charlotte, NC preferred
  • Prior experience working with CRM tools and telecommunication systems is highly desirable.
