B2B Sales Contractor (1099) – 30% Recurring Commission

Senior Python is a specialized hiring platform focused exclusively on Python talent. We help recruiters and employers reach qualified Python professionals without the noise of general job boards.

We are looking for independent B2B sales contractors to bring recruiters, staffing firms, and employers onto the platform. This is a fully remote, commission-only 1099 opportunity in the U.S.

What You’ll Sell

Customers pay $99 per active job posting, per month, and each posting is billed separately.

For example:

1 active job = $99/month 5 active jobs = $495/month 10 active jobs = $990/month

Customers may have multiple active postings and may renew them monthly.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect recruiters, staffing firms, hiring managers, and employers
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline
• Conduct outreach by email, phone, LinkedIn, and other professional channels
• Explain the value of Senior Python and guide prospects through signup
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate sales records
• Build relationships that can lead to recurring and expanded business

Compensation

This is a commission-only 1099 independent contractor position with no salary, hourly pay, or employee benefits.

Contractors earn 30% commission on qualifying net revenue actually collected from customers they personally bring to Senior Python.

For each eligible customer, commission applies for up to 12 months from that customer’s first paid transaction, provided the contractor agreement remains active.

Commission eligibility ends at the earlier of:

• 12 months from the customer’s first paid transaction, or
• termination or expiration of the contractor agreement

Qualifying renewals and additional job postings purchased by the same eligible customer during that period may also generate commission.

Example: 10 active jobs × $99 = $990/month in revenue 30% commission = $297

There is no guaranteed income. Earnings depend on sales performance, customer activity, renewals, and revenue actually collected.

Who We’re Looking For

• B2B sales or business development experience
• Experience in SaaS, recruiting, staffing, HR tech, job advertising, or technology sales is a plus
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and building your own pipeline
• Strong professional communication skills
• Able to work independently and stay organized
• Comfortable with commission-only compensation

• Reliable internet, phone, and computer
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to provide a W-9
• Willingness to sign an independent contractor agreement

Commission eligibility, customer attribution, payment timing, refunds, cancellations, renewals, and other compensation terms are governed by the independent contractor agreement.
