B2B Sales Representative – Event & Entertainment Solutions
Role Summary The B2B Sales Representative will generate and close sales for our event packages, working directly with corporate clients, municipalities, schools, and community organizations. This is a solution-selling role: you will consult, recommend, and craft packages that meet client goals while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within assigned territories. • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (event planners, activity directors, HR, church leaders). • Present and sell full-event solutions, including our Mega Event Packages, tailored to client needs. • Consult with clients on event planning, crowd engagement, and budget optimization. • Manage pipeline using CRM, track activity, and report sales progress regularly. • Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth handoff and exceptional event execution. • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.
Qualifications • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in events, hospitality, or experiential marketing. • Proven track record of closing high-value deals ($5K+). • Strong consultative sales skills; ability to diagnose client needs and craft tailored solutions. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently. • Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management. • Flexible to attend client events, trade shows, or community meetings as needed.
