At Opal Cosmetics Hk, we are a leader in the Cosmetics & Beauty Supply industry. We specialize in beauty and personal care product development, manufacturing, research and development, and design. We are currently looking for a skilled salesperson to join our team remotely.
Job Role
You will be responsible for the B2B sales of our beauty and personal care product development services. Your primary goal will be to achieve a sales target of $4,000,000 within the next 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services
- Identify potential business opportunities and convert them into actual sales
- Consistently meet and exceed the sales target
- Follow up on leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Keep track of the sell-in cycle time, which typically ranges from 60 to 120 days
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the beauty and personal care industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends
- Ability to travel when necessary
Compensation
This position is a 1099 role. The average sales value range is from $25,000 to $2,000,000. You will receive a 5% commission per sale.
