Sales Representative – Expectations & Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven sales professional to actively manage and grow a defined territory within Central and South Florida. This is a field-based role that requires consistent in-person engagement with law enforcement and public safety agencies.

Territory & Location Requirements Must be based in Central or South Florida Responsible for managing and growing an assigned territory Daily travel throughout the territory is required

Daily Responsibilities Conduct in-person visits with agencies daily (law enforcement, fire, public safety) Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, quartermasters, and command staff Prospect new departments and develop new business opportunities Schedule and conduct product demonstrations, fittings, and wear tests Manage sales pipeline, follow-ups, and closing activities independently

Travel & Vehicle Requirements This is a high-travel, field-based role Candidate must have a reliable personal vehicle Mileage or travel reimbursement will be provided in accordance with company policy Overnight travel may be required for conferences, agency visits, and industry events

Scheduling & Activity Expectations Expected to maintain a consistent weekly schedule of customer visits
