Business Development Specialist
What You’ll Do • Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities across the Chicagoland and additional Midwest markets • Build and manage a strong pipeline through calculated outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting • Conduct discovery conversations with decision makers to uncover needs, challenges, and buying triggers • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly new business goals • Represent the company at industry events, networking groups, and partner functions
