Conduct cold calling to potential clients, effectively communicating our services and generating leads. Manage customer relationships through exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the sales team on business development initiatives, focusing on B2B opportunities. Utilize Salesforce for account management, tracking leads, and monitoring sales performance. Create engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and blogs. Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the digital space. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years experience in high-ticket B2B or phone sales Confident, persuasive, and skilled at closing deals Self-driven and able to work independently Familiarity with CRMs, marketing tools, or SaaS is a plus “Compensation: 100% Commission — Uncapped commission structure with unlimited income potential for high performers.” Qualifications Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of lead generation techniques. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Experience in outside sales or technical sales is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies is highly desirable.
