POSITION SUMMARY:

If you excel in a high-commission environment, possess a solid understanding of digital marketing, and seek a flexible work arrangement, this role is tailored for you!

In the role of the Client Advisor you will collaborate directly with the CEO to identify prospects, outreach to leads across channels (e.g. phone, web chat, social media, etc.) and schedule meetings. To be successful in this position you must have a desire to learn and grow in your career, be available at least 20 hours per week and be comfortable working in a fully remote capacity.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:

  • Conduct online research to identify potential customers and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Use social selling, email and cold calling techniques to engage prospects and start conversations.
  • Analyze customers' business needs, activities, and pain points to tailor your approach effectively.
  • Prospect and follow up to nurture relationships and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain detailed lead and client records in our CRM.
  • Communicate with prospects and schedule meaningful appointments.
  • Build excellent relationships and demonstrate superb interpersonal communication.
  • Communicate with business prospects in a polished and professional demeanor.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: 1+ year(s) of experience in sales or related field.
  • Strong background in sales with a track record of successful conversions.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer pain points, goals, and motivations to tailor solutions and deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Highly organized and methodical self-starter.
  • Research-oriented with an exceptional work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Curious, quick to learn, and receptive to constructive criticism.
  • Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools.
  • Proficient with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.
