About Make It Rain Systems
Make It Rain Systems helps US local businesses get more customers through AI-powered websites, automated lead follow-up, appointment booking, CRM systems, and related marketing automation. The company is founded by an American currently living in Germany.
Our initial focus is on local service businesses such as roofers, landscapers, tree service companies, general contractors, remodelers, and other home-service providers. We will also expand into other local-business markets such as chiropractors, junk removal companies, med spas, cleaning services, and similar businesses that serve a defined local area.
We are looking for a strong closer who can speak confidently with American business owners, understand their needs, and convert booked sales calls into paying clients.
What You Will Sell
You will sell digital growth systems designed to help local businesses capture and convert more leads, including:
- AI-powered business websites
- Lead-capture and follow-up automation
- Appointment-booking systems
- CRM and pipeline management systems
- Missed-call text-back and customer communication automation
- Reputation, reactivation, and marketing automation services
Our typical initial offer is approximately $2,000, with the potential for additional recurring or expanded services.
Compensation
This is a commission-based closer position.
- 25% commission per closed sale
- Average deal size: approximately $2,000
- Typical commission per sale: approximately $500
- Appointments per day: 8 or more
- Target sales volume: 2+ closed deals per day once appointment volume is established
At target performance, this represents approximately $20,000 per month / $240,000 per year in commission earnings. Higher performance or larger deals may increase earnings. These figures are targets and illustrations, not guaranteed income.
Your Role
You will:
- Conduct sales calls with US local business owners.
- Diagnose where they are losing leads or failing to convert opportunities.
- Explain how our website and automation systems can help them get more booked jobs and customers.
- Present the offer clearly and confidently.
- Handle objections without pressure or gimmicks.
- Close qualified prospects and collect the necessary next-step information.
- Track sales conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes accurately.
This is a closer role, not a general administrative or marketing position. You should be comfortable leading sales conversations and asking for the sale.
Who We Are Looking For
You may be a good fit if you:
- Speak fluent English with a standard American accent and sound natural speaking with US business owners.
- Have experience selling marketing services, websites, SaaS, lead generation, automation, or high-ticket services.
- Are comfortable speaking with tradesmen, contractors, clinic owners, and other small-business owners.
- Can build trust quickly and communicate value in practical business terms.
- Understand that local business owners care about calls, estimates, booked jobs, customers, and revenue—not technical jargon.
- Are reliable, responsive, coachable, and hungry to perform.
- Are comfortable working primarily on commission.
Experience selling to home-service businesses is a major advantage, but not required.
Appointment Volume and Opportunity
Our goal is to build a substantial appointment pipeline for the closer. The earnings examples above assume an established volume of booked calls and strong closing performance.
Because this is an early-stage growth opportunity, the right person should be comfortable helping us refine the sales process while appointment volume scales. A closer who performs well may have the opportunity to grow into a long-term sales leadership role as the business expands.
