Cold Caller Needed to Schedule 5-7 Qualified Appointments Per Day

We are looking for a skilled and motivated cold caller to join our team and help schedule 5-7 qualified appointments per day for our merchant services program. You will be reaching out to small and medium-sized businesses to introduce our services and schedule a time for Jay, our representative, to meet with them in person.

Using the provided script, your job will be to qualify leads and set appointments directly on our calendar. We’re looking for someone who is confident, professional, and results-driven.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to business owners using our provided lead list. Use the provided script to introduce our merchant services and schedule appointments. Qualify leads by asking 3 key questions (monthly revenue, decision-maker, and address verification). Accurately record lead information and schedule confirmed appointments on our calendar. Maintain a professional and friendly tone throughout calls. Meet daily targets of 5-7 appointments. Requirements:

Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly. Strong organizational skills to manage leads and appointments effectively. Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup. Availability to make calls during U.S. business hours. Your business processes over $10,000 a month in credit cards, right? Great, how much would you estimate? And you handle all the financials for the business, right? Ok, who does?
