We specialize in closing long-term contracts and are now expanding our remote sales team with sharp, hungry, commission-only reps.

Position Overview: This is a remote, commission-only sales position focused on cold calling and working warm inbound or aged leads. Your goal is to book walkthrough appointments for our closing team with qualified prospects who are decision-makers in need of commercial cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold call businesses from targeted lists and book walkthrough appointments

Follow up with warm leads who have previously engaged or requested more info

Use our proven script and objection-handling process to qualify prospects

Log activity, follow-ups, and appointments in our GoHighLevel CRM

Collaborate with management for training, strategy, and performance reviews

Hit weekly KPIs for calls, conversations, and appointments set

Requirements:

Prior experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or B2B sales (cleaning, solar, insurance, or similar industries preferred)

Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven

Fluent English, professional phone presence, and strong communication skills

Reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet work environment

Comfortable with CRM tools and following a defined process

Compensation: Commission only — uncapped. Average reps earn $1,000–$3,000/month part-time; top performers earn $5,000+ with consistent effort. There is no base salary.
