Commission-Based B2B Sales Representative (High-Ticket)

As a Sales Representative at EndoLead, you will be responsible for owning the full sales process, from prospecting to close. Your role includes reaching out to B2B decision-makers via cold calling and LinkedIn, handling inbound leads, running structured discovery and demo calls, and closing qualified prospects on live demo calls.

You will be selling EndoLead the Blueprint™ - a proven AI-driven outbound system that helps businesses build and operate their lead generation internally. This is not just a course or a commodity service, but a high-value system installation and advisory engagement.

This role is commission-only and best suited for sales professionals with experience in B2B outbound, discovery-led selling, and closing consultative deals. You’ll have autonomy, a clear sales process, and support from the EndoLead team, with no cap on commissions for strong performers.
