Job Description:

We're looking for a sales partner who already has relationships with L&D, HR, or operations decision makers and wants to earn commission introducing them to Savia.

Responsibilities:

  • Find and pursue your own leads. We can support with materials, but you'll be driving the conversation.
  • Keep us in the loop on where things stand; we're a small team and communication matters.
  • Work toward a realistic but ambitious revenue target.

Qualifications:

  • Some experience in sales, though it doesn't have to be in L&D or ed-tech. You need to know how to have a real conversation with a decision maker.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can listen as much as they pitch.
  • Self-starter, since this is a commission role and you'll need to drive yourself.
  • Willing to learn what we do and why it matters. We'll make sure you have everything you need to explain it well.

Compensation:

This is a comission-based position. Deals range from $999 to $13,999 monthly with a typical sales cycle of one to four weeks. As the way we invoice most clients is monthly, we'd offer a 25% comission for month 1, and 20% comission for the 2nd month, paid within 2 weeks of the client paying their invoice. We're looking for roughly 80 hours of active selling per month, but are flexible so long as there are results.
