We work with local businesses, service companies, e-commerce brands and B2B companies. Services can be sold individually or combined into recurring monthly marketing packages based on each client’s needs.

The opportunity

We are looking for experienced and independent sales professionals to find prospects, conduct sales conversations and close new clients for Tudo Agency.

This is a commission-only position with strong recurring earning potential.

You receive 50% of the revenue collected from every contract you close. Your 50% commission continues every month for as long as the client remains active.

For example, if you close a client at $600 per month, you earn $300 every month for as long as that client remains active.

Your responsibilities

• Find and contact suitable businesses • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate services • Book and conduct sales meetings • Present Tudo Agency’s services and offers • Follow up with interested prospects • Negotiate and close new contracts • Maintain an organized sales pipeline • Communicate professionally throughout the sales process

Tudo Agency handles the strategy, setup, service delivery, campaign management, reporting and ongoing client work. Your primary responsibility is generating opportunities and closing new business.

Who we are looking for

• Experience in B2B sales, digital marketing or agency services • Confidence with outreach, sales meetings, negotiation and closing • Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline • Clear and professional communication • A results-oriented and reliable approach • Interest in building recurring monthly commission income

This is a remote, flexible and performance-based opportunity. There is no fixed salary. Commission is paid on revenue successfully collected from clients.

Because the commission is recurring, successful sales representatives can build substantial monthly income by developing an active portfolio of clients.
