Commission-Based Sales Closer (B2B Virtual Assistant Services)

As a Commission-Based Sales Closer for Virtual Hero, you will be responsible for driving new business by promoting and selling our high-ticket Virtual Assistant services to potential clients. Your primary focus will be on identifying qualified prospects, initiating contact through your preferred channels (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, referrals, or other methods), and managing the sales process from initial outreach to closing.

You will present Virtual Hero’s value proposition to business owners, highlighting how our trained Virtual Assistants can help them scale operations, reduce labor costs, and improve overall efficiency. This includes understanding client needs, addressing objections, and positioning our services as a practical and cost-effective solution.

This is a fully remote, commission-only role offering 15% recurring monthly commission for every client you close. You will continue to earn for as long as the client remains active, allowing you to build a stable and growing income stream over time.

We do not provide formal sales training, but we equip you with all necessary documentation, service information, and key selling points to support your efforts. You are expected to use your own proven sales strategies and take full ownership of your pipeline and results.

This role is best suited for experienced, self-motivated sales professionals who are confident in their ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close high-value deals in a B2B environment.
