Commission-Only Advertising Sales Executive – $100K+ Earning Potential

We are seeking an ambitious, self-motivated Advertising Sales Executive to sell digital advertising and sponsorship partnerships to local and national businesses.

What You’ll Sell

• Hyperlocal digital advertising packages for businesses in Naples, Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs, and surrounding Southwest Florida markets
• Sponsored content and brand-placement opportunities across the SUPERNEWS app, website, and social media network
• Larger regional and national sponsorship packages
• Typical contract values ranging from $1,500 to $10,000+

What You’ll Do

• Identify and contact qualified local, regional, and national prospects
• Connect with business owners, marketing directors, and key decision-makers
• Conduct discovery calls and understand each prospect’s marketing goals
• Present SUPERNEWS advertising and sponsorship opportunities
• Follow up consistently and manage prospects through the complete sales process
• Negotiate agreements and close new business
• Maintain an organized and accurate sales pipeline
• Build long-term relationships that generate renewals and additional revenue

Compensation

• Independent contractor position (1099)
• Commission-only compensation
• 40% commission on collected sales revenue
• $250,000 annual sales target
• $100,000+ annual earning potential at target
• Uncapped commissions
• Typical sales cycle of approximately 3–21 days

Who We’re Looking For

• A confident salesperson who is comfortable prospecting and closing
• Previous experience in digital advertising, media, sponsorships, SaaS, marketing services, or B2B sales is preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable speaking directly with business owners and senior decision-makers
• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
• Motivated by performance-based compensation and uncapped earning potential
• Existing relationships with Southwest Florida businesses are a major advantage
