Mars Agency builds AI automation systems for small and medium businesses. Our product is Badger — an AI business agent that works around the clock handling inbound calls, booking appointments, capturing leads, sending follow-up messages, and running automations that most businesses currently do manually or miss entirely.

The pain we solve is universal: business owners are busy. They miss calls, forget to follow up, lose leads to competitors, and spend time on admin that should be automated. Badger fixes all of that. The voice agent side alone — an AI that answers every call, collects job details, books the appointment, and fires a confirmation text instantly — is enough to get most business owners leaning forward in their seat.

This is a cold outreach role. You will be reaching out to business owners who have not heard of us. Your job is to start the conversation, qualify them, and book a 20-minute discovery call with me. I handle the demo and the close.

The Role

You do not need to know anything about AI or tech. You need to be disciplined, comfortable starting cold conversations, and consistent with your outreach. You will be given a script, objection handling guidance, and a demo link to share with prospects.

This is a pure appointment setting role to start. As the partnership develops and volume increases, the opportunity grows with it.

What You're Selling

A product with a clear and demonstrable value. Every business misses calls. Every missed follow-up is a lost sale. Once a prospect sees Badger in action the conversation changes fast. You are not convincing people they have a problem — they already know. You are just getting us in the room.

Compensation

£999 setup fee per client closed. You earn £700-750 per close. No cap, no ceiling. The more calls you book that convert, the more you earn. Monthly retainer commission to be introduced as volume grows.

Who We're Looking For

Someone with hunger and consistency. Prior cold calling or outreach experience is a strong plus. Candidates based in South Africa, Spain, Portugal and similar time zones are strongly encouraged to apply — UK business hours preferred.
