What you're selling

• $397/month plus a one-time $997 setup, or $3,970 for a full year (setup included).
• Every client starts with a 7-day free trial. No card needed, so it's an easy yes.
• Written guarantee: if it doesn't book $1,000 in jobs in the client's first 60 days on a paid plan, their next month is free.

What you get

What you do

• Call owners from your lead batch. Dial by hand, 8 AM to 8 PM Eastern, Monday to Saturday.
• Get them to hear the demo, then close: start the 7-day free trial on the call, or book a 15-minute setup call with the owner, your choice.
• Log every call and note in your BayGrid login.
• Target: 40+ dials and 8+ real conversations on the days you work.

Pay (commission only, 1099)

• Month-to-month close: $350.
• Yearly close: $900.
• Paid by direct deposit through Gusto every Friday, once the client's first payment clears after their free trial.
• It counts whether you close it on the call or the owner closes the setup call you booked.
• No cap. No base salary, no pay for booked calls that don't close.
• The $75,000 on-target figure assumes about 7 yearly closes (or 18 month-to-month closes) a month. New reps usually earn less while they ramp up.

Rules

• Manual dialing only. No autodialers, no recorded messages, no texting owners.
• Honor every do-not-call request immediately.
• No made-up numbers or promises beyond the written guarantee.
• Leads and materials are confidential under a signed independent contractor agreement.
